CORE MultiChain aims to nurture and grow the cryptocurrency space. One way in which we will do this is by supporting events such as The Real World Crypto symposium. The RWC symposium brings together cryptography researchers with developers implementing cryptography in real-world systems in order to strengthen the dialogue between these two communities.
Due to an increase in Covid-19 infections, the Dutch government announced stricter measures to try and bring down the infection rate. As a result, the RWC 2022 symposium initially planned to be held in January 2022 will be postponed. The event organizers have stated that they are aiming to host the event in April 2022. This is, of course, if stricter Covid-19 measures are not put in place by the Dutch government. We are saddened that this event has been postponed, but we understand that health and safety are very important and therefore support the organizers’ decision. We cannot wait to see the RWC symposium take place and all of the exciting innovations that will happen at the event!
